This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected and stored when you visit or create schedule using Schedule0 (the Site).
We only collect and store information that you explicitly provide on the Site in order to build schedule. They include your name, email address, and optionally your phone number.
We may also collect other information that are automatically submitted by your browser, such as the type of the browser you use, for the sole purpose of improving our services. They will only be collected as anonymized data.
Your privacy is important to us, and we will not share any of the information we collect with third parties. Only exception being when we are compelled to do so to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
We do not use Cookies, Web Beacons, or other tracking technologies for the purpose of collecting data. Some authentication mechanism we use, however, may place a small cookie on your browser. This is to secure your identity and data, and it is never used to track your usages.
Schedule0 takes the protection of customer data extremely seriously. Technical measures are in place to prevent unauthorized or unlawful access to data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, data.
When you sign up with the Site, your username and password are collected and stored securely by Auth0.com. Social login using Facebook and Google are also supported. Please refer to their respective privacy policies and terms of use when using those authentication mechanisms.
All payments you make to the SITE are managed securely by Stripe. Please refer to their privacy and term of services when you make payments.
We may display the following information to logged-in users according to their access level: first name and last name of all team members, emails, scheduling data, notes, and comments. We are not responsible for securing data or information by logged-in users. In no event shall Schedule0, its affiliates or any of their respective directors, officers, employees or agents, be liable to products/applications users for revealing information by the logged-in users after obtaining such information by them from the Site.
Schedule0 takes reasonable steps to help protect your personal information to prevent loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. It is your responsibility to protect your usernames and passwords to help prevent anyone from accessing or abusing your accounts and services. You should not use or reuse the same passwords you use with other accounts as your password for our services.
When you build schedule with the Site, your scheduling data are stored securely in Microsoft Azure. Please refer to their privacy documentation for more detail.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. All the personal information we hold are accessible through our UI, and you can edit them at the time of your choosing. If you would like us to delete them after your account expire, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you build a schedule through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, to our secure and private server in the United States.
Schedule0 retains your data while you are a customer and will delete your information within 30 days of either party's termination of the service. If you would like us to remove your data sooner, please contact us through the contact information below.
You may opt out of receiving emails from Schedule0 by following the Unsubscribe link in those emails. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your Account or our ongoing business relationship.
If you are under 18, or the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside, you may only use the Site with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
Schedule0 may change this policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this policy, we will change the "Last Updated" date above. You agree that your continued use of our services after such changes have been published to our services will constitute your acceptance of such revised policy.
